The C & C Francis Scholarship is awarded by Beulah Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic's Youth Department to two individuals pursuing post-secondary education who have been active members of their church's youth ministry. This scholarship is presented in memory of the late Bishop Cedric Francis and Pastor Cynthia Francis who believed in the pursuit of education and putting the Lord first.Â
